“It is with great pleasure to write this letter of personal experience about Walter Hope. I have known Walter for many years and consider him a great friend. My first building project with Walter was a little over 10 years ago when he built a pavilion on some property just off of Price Road. I was most impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail. The pavilion has hosted many gatherings and events and is one of the main focal points of our chip and putt golf course. We’ve had numerous compliments on it.

My wife and I are currently doing a major remodel/renovation of our home. We have asked Walter to manage this project for us. Even though we are in the planning phase of the project, Walter has already brought so much to the table. In our meetings with he and the architects, his experience and creativity are proving to be invaluable. My wife and I are thankful to have him heading up this most important project for us.

One other area I would like to share are my experiences with Walter on the golf course. There is a wise saying that one can learn more about a person spending four hours with them on a golf course than you can in months of meetings. I had played many rounds of golf with Walter prior to him doing any of our projects. From playing golf with him I have learned he is a man of integrity and great character. He is passionate and an amazing competitor. His attention to detail shows up in his golf game.
